Malaysia 'wins' Olympic Gold Medal - BBC

Malaysia 'wins' a gold medal at the Rio Olympics. It is won by 'Yusuf Persekolahan'. These are 2 mistakes that has been made by media.

The mistakes are:
  1. mistaken Schooling as a Malaysian athlete competing in Rio
  2. accidentally translating the name "Schooling" to a Malay/Indonesian word (suspected via using auto-translate feature on the internet)
